[Assembled shipping] GB Short Basket Aluminum Roof Rack for JB64/JB74

Description

This is a roof rack set that can be installed without a base carrier. The roof rack section is made of aluminum, while the foot section is made of steel for added strength.

It features a black powder-coated finish after cathodic electrodeposition painting (CED) to provide corrosion resistance. We’ve also applied anti-rust treatment to the bolts and foot sections for increased durability.

The dimensions are as follows:

• Length: 1040mm (lower rack), 905mm (upper rack)
• Width: 1260mm (lower rack), 1170mm (upper rack)
• Height: 190mm (lower rack), 270mm (upper rack)

The design minimizes wind noise and resonance during driving, and it comes with four convenient round hook plates on the surface of the roof rack.

Please note:

• Avoid placing an excessive load or items with an extremely high center of gravity on a single point.
• Protection seals for the foot holders are included.
• The installation of the foot section is to be done by the customer. Assembly instructions are provided. We recommend the installation be done by two individuals.

For your peace of mind, we inspect each product for any defects in condition, painting, and components, including mounting bolts and fixtures, before shipping. Please understand that, due to it being an overseas product, there may be some minor scratches, dirt, or inconsistencies in the paintwork. We will also assist if you lose bolts or experience any damage during assembly, so please contact us.
