GB short basket aluminum roof rack for JB64/JB74

Description

This is a roof rack set that can be installed without the need for a base carrier. The roof rack portion is made of aluminum, while the foot section is constructed from steel to enhance strength.

The finish consists of cathodic electrodeposition coating followed by a black powder coat, ensuring rust resistance on bolts and feet. The size specifications include a length of 1040mm by a width of 1260mm for the lower rack and a length of 905mm by a width of 1170mm for the upper rack. The height measurements are 190mm for the lower rack and 270mm for the upper rack.

This design is aimed at minimizing wind noise and resonance during travel. The roof rack surface features four convenient round hook plates for versatile attachment points.

Please note the following:

• Avoid placing excessive weight on a single point or items with an extremely high center of gravity.
• Since the foot holders come into direct contact with the vehicle, it may cause scratches. Be sure to attach the included protective seals to the foot sections.
• Assembly of the product is required. Assembly instructions are included. It is recommended to allocate 1 to 1.5 hours for assembly, and attaching the rack to the vehicle should be performed by two people.
